Ingest a Distribution CSV

Upload the raw CSV from the distributor (the same kind of file you'd feed into Report Generator). It's parsed server-side and stored in Postgres — one row per (artist, track, store, country, month, type). UPCs, ISRCs, and label names are dropped.

Aggregate — add on top of months already imported. Leave OFF normally (re-uploading a month replaces it, so no double-counting). Only tick it for a second source for the same month (e.g. Believe on top of Orchard).
